Schedule Time to Collect PROs
Practices that are interested in collecting patient-reported outcomes in collaboration with MOQC should reach out to schedule dates of collection. The MOQC PROs initiative asks practices to collect patient-reported outcomes for a 2-week period, and MOQC provides all needed training and tablets. We are currently scheduling practices for data collection for the winter and spring.
This is an excellent opportunity to gather information directly from patients and learn more about your patients’ needs. Email Shayna Weiner at [email protected] to schedule dates of collection or for more information.
