Becoming a MOQC Practice 
To participate in MOQC, a practice must:
- Register as a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM)-Physician Group Incentive Program (PGIP) practice
- Provide medical oncology and/or gynecology oncology services
- Predominantly serve an adult population, age 18 years and older
- Sign and maintain a Participation Agreement with the MOQC Coordinating Center
- Submit data, as defined by MOQC, into MOQCLink
- Participate in a data abstraction quality audit or oversight program defined by MOQC
- Identify a physician to lead quality improvement efforts in the Physician Champion role
- Identify an Administrative Lead/Practice Manager to provide administrative and operational support for Quality Initiative (QI) projects
- Have an active Quality Committee or Group – for small or established practices, the regional meetings can serve this purpose
- Collaborate and communicate with the MOQC Coordinating Center
- Collaborate with other participating practices through the MOQC regional structure
