The MOQC PROs initiative aims to generate reliable, actionable data directly from patients to inform the supportive care strategies and other quality improvement interventions delivered by MOQC practices. This initiative will help to focus quality improvement work on patient needs.

Description of Practice Involvement
Participating in the PROs initiative involves 2 weeks of data collection, 1-2 times per year. MOQC will provide tablets loaded with the PRO survey to each participating practice. All patients with an invasive cancer diagnosis who are receiving any type of cancer drug therapy (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologics) are eligible to complete the PRO survey. MOQC will provide support in workflow planning and training practice staff for the collection period.
