Schedule Time to Collect PROs

Practices that are interested in collecting patient-reported outcomes in collaboration with MOQC should reach out to schedule dates of collection. The MOQC PROs initiative asks practices to collect patient-reported outcomes for a 2-week period, and MOQC provides all needed training and tablets. We are currently scheduling practices for data collection for the spring and summer.

This is an excellent opportunity to gather information directly from patients and learn more about your patients’ needs. E-mail Dilhara Muthukuda at dmuthukuda@moqc.org to schedule dates of collection or for more information.

What’s Your Why?

Each one of us was drawn to the field of medicine for our own reason. Remembering why we do the work we do can help us focus on what is meaningful. It can help us recenter our efforts toward what recharges us.

Keli DeVries:

I went into health care because I grew up seeing myriad health concerns around me and I quickly noticed how valuable it was to have access to quality health care. I care about the whole person being healthy and having their needs met, rather than focusing on just one aspect of health. This led me to pursue a career in social work. Once I was working with patients and families, I became passionate about improving the quality of health care in every way possible. I truly enjoy this work as it feels like a calling and a purpose, not just a job.
