The MOQC website has a wealth of resources both for your patients, caregivers, and your healthcare teams. All of these resources can be downloaded directly from the website or printed versions can be ordered online for free. MOQC-created resources are available to be ordered or downloaded in all of the reported languages spoken in Michigan and can even be ordered in Braille.
Our resources include handouts, posters, and brochures on topics ranging from hospice and advanced care planning to facts about olanzapine to food and nutrition resources and more. We encourage you to review the available resources and order any that you’d like to share with patients and/or caregivers.
How to order resources
1. Resources can be found directly at https://moqc.org/resources/printed-resources/ or by going to moqc.org, hovering over the “Resources” heading and clicking on “Printed Resources” under the MOQC header.
2. Scroll through the resources to see what is available or use the categories at the top of the page to filter resources to a subject area, such as “Herbal Resources.”
3. Click on a resource that you are interested in ordering.
4. To order the resources, select the language that you would like to order the resource in, then enter the number of copies you would like to order, and click “Add to cart”. MOQC will pay to have the resource printed in color and shipped directly to your practice.
5. You can add multiple languages or multiple resources to your cart at one time.
6. When you are ready to check out, click “Checkout” under your Cart on the right side of the screen.
7. Fill in your information and click “Place order” at the bottom of the screen.
8. The resources will be shipped to the address that you indicated.
How to download resources
1. Follow steps 1-2 above.
2. Click on a resource that you are interested in downloading.
3. Scroll down to the “Description” box.
4. Select the dropdown arrow to the right of “Languages Available” to expand the languages available list.
5. Select the language you are interested in downloading. A printable PDF will open.
