Schedule Time to Collect PROs
Practices that are interested in collecting patient-reported outcomes in collaboration with MOQC should reach out to schedule dates of collection. The MOQC PROs initiative asks practices to collect patient-reported outcomes for a 2-week period, and MOQC provides all needed training and tablets. We are currently scheduling practices for data collection in the fall or early winter.
This is an excellent opportunity to gather information directly from patients and learn more about your patients’ needs. Email Shayna Weiner at sweiner@moqc.org to schedule dates of collection or for more information.
MOQC Excellence in Quality Certification (MEQC)
For practices that are interested in pursuing MOQC Excellence in Quality Certification in the future but do not yet feel ready, MOQC offers the opportunity to be connected with a MEQC site assessor to help prepare for certification. The site assessor can review policies, current documentation practices, and even do a mock site visit. They can offer feedback and support to ensure your practice is meeting the specified criteria for certification. The practice will be responsible for the site assessor’s hourly rate.
