MOQC and POQC were honored to be invited to the Michigan Value Collaborative’s 2024 Spring Collaborative-Wide Meeting: Promoting Care Coordination across the Continuum.
POQC members Michele D. Clark, Mike Harrison, and Erika J. Lojko, along with MOQC senior project manager Ashley Bowen, led round table discussions on “Patient and caregiver engagement in clinical pathway design”. Lively discussions were had regarding how to start a patient and caregiver group, retaining membership, and engaging patients and caregivers to provide valuable insights to impact healthcare initiatives.
