Advance Care Planning, Part 2

Discussion of Out-of-Hospital DNR orders and MI-POST

Interdisciplinary oncology team members are invited to participate in a two‑session educational series focused on Advance Care Planning (ACP). The series will provide an overview of key ACP concepts in cancer care, including integration with Goals of Care conversations and the appropriate use of Out‑of‑Hospital Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) orders and the Michigan Physician Orders for Scope of Treatment (MI‑POST) form. This education is designed to support coordinated, patient‑centered communication and documentation across roles.

All healthcare team members are welcome to attend these free education sessions.
