MOQC PROs Update

After much consideration, MOQC has decided to sunset our patient-reported outcomes (PROs) initiative at the end of 2025. Thank you to all the practices that have participated. The PROs dashboard will continue to be available for practices that would like to see their data.

MOQC encourages practices to incorporate PROs into their patient care. If we can help by sharing our lessons learned, please reach out to moqc@moqc.org, and we would be happy to work with your practice to help strategize the integration of PROs. We will also make the PROs survey that the MOQC initiative has used available to our practices in English, Spanish, and Arabic.

Executive Order Update

In keeping with MOQC’s core values of trust and integrity, we want to be transparent about an important update. Per our email announcement in September, MOQC and our guest speakers are now required to comply with Executive Order 14151 in all communications. This includes the language used on our website, in meetings, emails, and other materials. Some of these changes have already been made (such as on our website) and you may notice more adjustments going forward. Although we need to change the language that we use to describe our work, MOQC’s priorities and the work itself have not changed. We continue our work to support interdisciplinary teams improving the quality of cancer care for all people across Michigan.
