Cancer & Hematology Centers of Western Michigan
Growth Mindset. CHCWM demonstrates a strong commitment to quality improvement including a new IO program and quality improvement assessment of their current oral chemotherapy program.

Covenant, Marcia Rau
Trust & Integrity and Collaboration. Marcia is exceptional at providing patient lists on time and without reminders. She is wonderful to work with and has been very helpful in getting new abstractors the EMR access and information they need quickly.

Great Lakes Cancer Management Specialists, Dr. Jerome Seid
Growth Mindset. Dr. Seid dove into advocacy while on his sabbatical and created two bills aimed at improving access to palliative and hospice benefits.

Henry Ford Allegiance, Amy Hawkins
Collaboration. Amy volunteered to help another practice set up their workflow for the MiGHT project and met with the administrator to assist her. She really exemplified the spirit and practice of collaboration and highlights what MOQC can be at its best.

MHP Oakland Medical Group, Stacy Lattin
Trust & Integrity and Collaboration. Stacy has gone above and beyond to ensure that the data being collected through MOQC is accurate and complete. She has spent time with abstractors, asking questions and ensuring that they have access to everything they need. She is committed to ensuring that her practice is always working toward providing the best patient care that they can.

Michigan Medicine Rogel Cancer Center, Dr. Bryan Schneider
Compassion. Dr. Schneider had a compassionate discussion about hospice with one of his patients in order to allow her to make the best decisions about her treatment and care.

Munson Healthcare, Laura Johnson
Growth Mindset and Trust & Integrity. Laura has gone above and beyond in her dedication to working on the MiGHT project. She is always looking for ways to improve patient care and simplify workflows for her team. She is a star.

Newland Medical Associates
Trust & Integrity. Newland Medical Associates had over 50% viable patients in their Round 1 2021 patient list.

Oncology Hematology Associates of Saginaw Valley, Jennifer Metevia
Trust & Integrity and Collaboration. OHA of Saginaw Valley is always the first to register for abstraction and provide a patient list. They are very engaged – providing feedback and asking questions, and they are always looking for ways to improve the quality of their patient care.

Spectrum Health
Trust & Integrity. Spectrum Health had over 50% viable patients in their Round 1 2021 patient list.

University of Michigan Health – West, Dr. Kevin Brader
Collaboration. Gynecologic oncologist Dr. Brader attended the MOQC Medical Oncology Biannual Meeting to help support his medical oncology peers at University of Michigan Health – West. Not only was his attendance itself going above and beyond, his level of engagement was also enthusiastic and energizing.
