Is this a mandatory meeting?Yes, one physician from each practice must attend both regional meetings, held every Spring and Fall of each year. One physician from each practice must also attend one of two Biannual meetings held in January and June of each year. Other members of the practice, including administrators, clinical team members and abstractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Advance practice providers are welcomed but their attendance cannot be a substitute for their physicians’ attendance.
