Is this a mandatory meeting?
Yes, a minimum of one physician from each practice must attend one Biannual meeting, in either January or June of each year.
Will I receive anything before the meeting?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email upon registration. You will also receive a reminder email a couple of days before the meeting.
What are my parking options at the meeting?
Open lot parking is readily available at this venue. There is no covered parking, so have the appropriate winter accessories available in your car in case they are required at the end of the day.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring your ticket to the meeting. in order to get credit for attending, you will need to check in at the event and received a scanned event ID badge.
